Amanda Cabello strengthens BGI-LAW’s Litigation Department

BGI-LAW has bolstered its Litigation Department at the Marbella office with the addition of Amanda Cabello, a seasoned litigation lawyer with extensive experience in Málaga.

Amanda Cabello graduated in Law from the University of Seville, completed her Master’s in Legal Practice at the University of Málaga, and also holds a Master’s in Corporate Legal Advisory from Inesem Business School.

Throughout her career, Cabello has managed legal proceedings at all stages, coordinating efforts with a team of lawyers, solicitors, and administrative staff. Her responsibilities will include evaluating documentation and the legal viability of new clients, as well as drafting judicial, civil, commercial, or labor lawsuits.

Julio Aguado, President of BGI-LAW, emphasized that Amanda’s inclusion will enhance Marbella office’s standing as a litigation reference in Andalusia. The Litigation Department is led by Francisco Torres.
