Ecija’s Labour Law area
Ecija’s Labour Law area has a team of professionals with extensive experience advising companies in all specialties of labor practice and stands out for its strong technological DNA, which allows the firm to be at the forefront of business advice.
For Fernando Vizcaíno, partner of the labour area: “The labour area has become a key piece in business management and direction in the dynamic and complex context in which organizations with local and international interests currently operate. It is a pleasure for us to sign this collaboration agreement with AEDRH to be increasingly closer to companies with a specialized vision as legal advisors, within the framework of labor relations and practical and strategic approaches that provide added value”.
The area achieves an excellent balance between advice, mainly litigation and representation of clients before courts, labor courts and labor law advice, both national and international, and new labor compliance practices (equality plans, policies for the use of technological means, teleworking, digital disconnection protocols or whistleblowing channels).
The team also stands out for its high specialization in collective bargaining, collective dismissal and collective restructuring procedures, proceedings before labor inspection bodies and labor arbitration.
