EY Abogados grows in the South with Medina Pinazo

EY Abogados has formalized the integration of the Malaga law firm Medina Pinazo Abogados, in an operation that strengthens its structure and presence in southern Spain. The more than 20 professionals that make up the offices of Medina Pinazo Abogados in Malaga and Madrid join EY Abogados, while its founder, Rafael Medina Pinazo, joins the team as managing partner of the Malaga office, responsible for the legal area in Andalusia and partner of the commercial/corporate law area in Madrid.

Medina Pinazo

Since its foundation in Malaga in 1995, Medina Pinazo Abogados has specialized in offering multidisciplinary legal advice, covering areas such as Commercial and Corporate Law, Public Law and Urban Planning, Litigation, Litigation and Arbitration, Real Estate and Construction Law and Bankruptcy Law, among others. The firm has an important network of clients in multiple sectors, which has made Medina Pinazo Abogados one of the leading law firms in Andalusia.

Rafael Medina

Rafael Medina holds a degree in Law from the University of Malaga and has more than 25 years of experience. He has completed postgraduate studies, such as Master in Senior Management at Instituto San Telmo – IESE; Diploma in Corporate Legal and Master Executive Tax and Finance at IE Madrid; Master in Business Viability in the Bankruptcy of Creditors by the UMA; Master in Urban Planning, Land Management and Real Estate Market in SOPDE-Diputación de Málaga. He is also an insolvency administrator.

The merger

Through this operation, EY Abogados consolidates its position as a key player in the business ecosystem in the south of Spain. This strategic move significantly increases the number of professionals at EY Abogados and its capacity to offer innovative legal solutions adapted to the needs of the Andalusian market.
