Grandall Law Expands to Madrid
After operating in the country through various partnerships with local firms, the international law firm Grandall Law is establishing itself at 25 Calle de la Princesa, aiming to provide a more comprehensive and efficient service in Spain and Latin America.
The Chinese legal giant, takes a further step in its journey through the Spanish market by opening an office in Madrid. Following its period of partnerships with local firms like Ecija and Colón de Carvajal Abogados before being integrated by the firm led by Alejandro Touriño in 2018, the international firm is setting up its own office in the Spanish capital, in the Hexágono building in the heart of the city.
The new office will be headed by two Spanish lawyers of Chinese origin, Li Ding and Jingfu Xu. Ding is the firm’s managing partner in Madrid and has been a lawyer and coordinator of the global firm since 2014. He holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Xu, on the other hand, comes from Dentons and has just joined the firm. The firm has 35 offices worldwide and more than 5,000 professionals, including 700 partners.
