Crowe signs Joaquín Alegre to Launch its Banking division

Joaquín Alegre joins Crowe as a partner to set up the banking and finance area. This new signing at Crowe Legal y Tributario is in addition to that of Rafael Fernández Bautista, partner in administrative law. On this occasion, is Joaquín Alegre, a lawyer specialising in traditional and alternative financing transactions, capital markets and financial regulation, the new partner of the firm chaired by Jordi Bech who will join the Madrid office.

Coming from Andersen, Alegre was responsible for incorporating and promoting the alternative financing practice and advising clients in the equity and debt capital markets. The new partner has developed his career in other firms such as Cuatrecasas and PwC, participating in some of the major operations and transactions of the last decade.
