Grupo Hafesa hires Jaime Olivar del Burgo as Compliance Officer

Following the recent appointment of Marta Fuentes as corporate director of the people area, Grupo Hafesa has appointed Jaime Olivar del Burgo as Compliance Officer, coming from the multinational logistics company Logisfashion, where he held the position of compliance & privacy officer. The group has also appointed Almudena García as head of communication and institutional relations.

Jaime Olivar del Burgo will be in charge of leading the development and implementation of the Regulatory Compliance System for its certification according to the highest standards. His objective will be to align the Hafesa Group Compliance Programme with national and international regulations (UNE and ISO), promoting excellence and ethical leadership of the group. He joins from the multinational logistics company, Logisfashion, where he held the position of Compliance & Privacy Officer.

Jaime brings extensive experience in the field of regulatory compliance and risk management. A graduate in Law from the University of Navarra and with a master’s degree in Economic Criminal Law, Jaime has held key roles in various organisations, where he has demonstrated an outstanding ability to implement and supervise compliance programmes. His in-depth knowledge of the legal environment and his ability to ensure compliance with current regulations are valuable assets for Grupo Hafesa in its mission to maintain the highest ethical and legal standards.

Almudena García

For her part, Almudena García assumes responsibility for the area of Communication, Marketing and Institutional Relations, with the aim of defining and improving the Group’s image, maximising its visibility in order to meet the major challenges in which the company is immersed.

Almudena brings a solid background in corporate communications and strategic marketing. With a degree in Journalism from the Complutense University of Madrid and a master’s degree in Television Management, among other specialisations, she has a multifaceted profile and notable experience in the development and implementation of communication strategies. Almudena has worked in diverse sectors, demonstrating her ability to strengthen brand image and manage institutional relations. Her ability to design and execute effective strategies will contribute significantly to strengthening Grupo Hafesa’s presence and reputation in the energy market.
