Deloitte Legal and GA_P Advise on Grupo HT Sale to Fremman Capital
Deloitte Legal and Gómez-Acebo & Pombo on the sale of a majority stake in Grupo HT, a Spanish provider of radiology and diagnostic imaging services, to the investment fund Fremman Capital, a pan-European venture capital manager headed by Ricardo de Serdio. Fremman’s objective in acquiring this majority stake in HT Médica is to accompany the Luna family, the current majority shareholder, in its next stage of growth.
This transaction, valued at more than 100 million euros, marks one of the most significant deals of the quarter within the Private Equity and Healthcare sectors. The completion of the transaction is subject to approval by Competition Authorities and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) regulations.
