Marta Fuentes New Corporate Director of People at Grupo Hafesa

Grupo Hafesa, a national reference holding in the petroleum products sector, engaged in the storage, marketing, and distribution of hydrocarbons, has appointed Marta Fuentes as the director of the company’s People department. This appointment acts as a catalyst to strengthen and enrich Grupo Hafesa’s corporate culture, emphasizing the importance of people in the organization’s success.

Marta Fuentes brings extensive experience in human resources, with a people-centric approach, strategic vision, and a proven ability to drive change. Her professional career includes prominent roles as a member of the Management Committee at companies such as CHEP, where she held various leadership positions in People, Operations, and Digital Transformation; FedEx, where she served as HR Director for Spain and Portugal; and Santalucía, where she significantly contributed to the Group’s digital and cultural transformation. Fuentes holds a Law degree from the University of Malaga and has completed Executive Management Programs at IE and ESADE.
