Abdón Pedrajas Littler advises Grandvision Spain on the modification of the incentive system for 1100 employees
Abdón Pedrajas Littler, a leading labour law firm, has advised Grandvision Spain Optical Group in the process of modifying the incentive system applicable to more than 1100 employees of its staff in Spain. This achievement is the result of the unanimous agreement reached with the signatory unions CCOO, VALORIAN, UGT and FETICO, after weeks of negotiation.
GrandVision was represented in the negotiations by Alessandra Sciulli – HR Director – , Alex Collado – Head of Labour – and Alba Mandel – Payroll Specialist – , with the technical assistance of Javier Thibault, Sara Olabarría and Teresa Trigueros, from ABDÓN PEDRAJAS LITTLER.
