Andersen Advises AQ Acentor on Launch of Residential Towers

Andersen‘s Valencia office has successfully advised real estate developer AQ Acentor on initiating its new residential project in the metropolitan area of Valencia. The ambitious project features two 30-story residential towers comprising over 400 housing units, with a total investment exceeding 160 million euros.

This new development aims to enhance the northern skyline of Valencia, pushing AQ Acentor’s total investments in the metropolitan area beyond the 500 million euro mark. The most notable among these projects is located in the newly established Turianova neighborhood in the Fuente de San Luis area.

Carlos Morales, a partner in the Urban Planning department at Andersen, led the legal advisory team, supported by senior associate Pablo López, also from the Urban Planning department.
