Beatriz Aranda Moreno joins Grupo RocaJunyent

RocaJunyent – Gaona, Palacios y Rozados Abogados has reinforced its Criminal Law department with the recent addition of Beatriz Aranda Moreno as an associate attorney. Aranda Moreno, who has developed her career specializing in criminal law, has been practicing since 2011 and has participated in numerous legal proceedings of varying types and scales within this jurisdiction.

A Law graduate from the University of Málaga, Aranda Moreno is a member of the Criminal Law Section of the Málaga Bar Association and also serves as a board member of its Gender Violence Subcommission. She brings significant experience in Compliance Law, having completed the Advanced Specialization Course in Compliance at the Complutense University of Madrid and holding certification from the Spanish Compliance Association (ASCOM).

With her arrival, RocaJunyent – Gaona, Palacios y Rozados Abogados enhances its Litigation and Arbitration services, particularly in the Criminal Law area, which focuses on defense and prosecution in various types of cases, primarily economic and corporate crimes, as well as offenses against public administration. Compliance and Data Protection are key services offered by the firm, helping clients safeguard their businesses against criminal offenses and other legal non-compliance, including specific regulations on personal data protection and Corporate Defense.

Her incorporation not only strengthens the firm’s Criminal Law department but also reflects the firm’s commitment to equality in line with ESG criteria, with the current workforce comprising 53% women and 47% men.
