Pavia e Ansaldo on the acquisition of Lic Packaging

Studio Legale Pavia e Ansaldo, with a team consisting of partner Meritxell Roca Ortega, senior associate Chiara Scarpelli, and associate Silvia Galbusera, assisted Saica, a Spanish multinational company dedicated to the manufacture of paper and recycled paper, in the acquisition of a majority stake in the share capital of Lic Packaging, an Italian company dedicated to the manufacture of corrugated board. With this transaction, Saica becomes the majority shareholder, further expanding its growth in the corrugated board sector.
