EY Abogados advises on the sale of the WOW Concept building in Gran Vía

EY Abogados has advised CBRE Investment Management and the asset manager IBA CAPITAL PARTNERS, in the sale of the iconic building located in Gran Via 18 in Madrid, currently the headquarters of WOW Concept, through a share deal.

The transaction has included full legal advice throughout the course of the transaction, having in turn involved the same team in the acquisition of the asset in 2017.

The transaction has been led by Iván Azinovic Gamo, partner in charge of the Real Estate sector in Spain, Natalia Tova (senior manager) and Jaime Cabanes.
