Garrido advises on the constitution of SHYNE as an association

Garrido, through its Corporate and Commercial Department led by Augusto Llerena Arrieta, has advised on the establishment of SHYNE (Spanish Hydrogen Network) as an Association.

SHYNE is a business alliance comprising over thirty entities of significant relevance in the Spanish market. They are united with the aim of enhancing the effectiveness of their actions aimed at promoting the economy derived from renewable hydrogen and maximizing the value chain associated with projects and initiatives in this field.

The professional Garrido’s team has been in charge of coordinating the drafting of the association’s constitutive documents with the legal advisors of the promoting entities, as well as accompanying the new members in the signing of the founding charter.
