Azora acquires two urban hostels in Dublin and Barcelona: Advisors

The Spanish fund manager Azora has completed the purchase from a fund managed by BlackRock of two urban hostels located in Dublin and Barcelona (Jacobs Inn Dublin and Jacobs Inn Barcelona) for its Azora European Hotel and Lodging Fund.

This transaction will expand the platform’s European presence and add more than 550 beds to its portfolio. All of the assets operated by Latroupe are located in the city centre and combine the service of a 4-star hotel with the vibrancy and social atmosphere typical of a premium hostel. The company plans to further expand the portfolio of hostels it operates in other European cities.
