CMS Advises Miura Partners in Bianna Business Venture
CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo has provided legal counsel to Miura Partners’ Impact Fund in an equity investment resulting in a 20% stake in Bianna, a leading multinational in engineering, design, manufacturing, and maintenance of turnkey equipment and facilities for waste treatment and valorization.
Under this partnership, Miura will support Bianna in launching a new equipment rental business and its future growth trajectory. The investment is made through Miura’s Impact Fund, which targets high-growth SMEs with clear environmental and/or social impact through their activities.
This marks the fourth investment for Miura Partners’ Impact Fund, focused on high-growth SMEs with business models geared towards generating social and environmental impact.
This transaction also represents the second collaboration between Miura and CMS, following CMS’s advisory role in Miura Partners’ acquisition of a 25% stake in Gas N2itrogen, S.L. last September.
