Accenture acquires Spain’s Axis Corporate: The Advisors

Accenture has acquired Axis Corporate, a Spanish management and technology business consulting firm specialized in financial services. Axis Corporate enhances Accenture’s strategy and technology offerings that enable companies in Spain to reinvent their business models, more effectively manage costs and develop new products faster.

RocaJunyent has provided strategic counsel to the technology consulting firm Axis Corporate during its integration into Accenture. The law firm’s M&A team, led by Francesc A. Baygual Davoust and Erik Martin Marcos, has provided legal advice together with Albert Rodriguez Arnaiz, who offered labor advice, as well as Carles Calafell, who advised on tax matters.

In-house teams from Accenture together with Garrigues and EY also collaborated on the transaction.

The collaboration extended to Technology Holdings, notably with Pablo Jorge, CFA, and Oliver Currie, and their teams. Vogel Heerma Waitz (V14) with a team composed by Amauri Costa, Andreas Wüsthoff, Olga Balandina-Luke, and Darius Nikolas Mey and Franco Advogados with Paulo Franco, Felipe Noleto dos Santos, and Paulo Morales have assisted and supported during the deal.
