GA_P Advises Silence on Distribution Agreement with Nissan
GA_P has advised Spanish company Silence on an agreement to sell its electric vehicle, the “Silence S04”, through Nissan dealerships.
The alliance enables Silence, a brand of electric vehicles owned by Acciona, to access Nissan’s extensive network of dealerships across Europe, establishing a significant distribution channel.
The Gómez-Acebo & Pombo team was led by Of Counsel Ainara Rentería, coordinator of Automotive and Sustainable Mobility, with the collaboration of Eduardo Gómez de la Cruz, of counsel specializing in Competition law.
