Barrilero Advises on Lemnos Acquisition of Cartonajes Limousin

Barrilero Legal Angels, the specialized division of the law firm founded by Eduardo Barrilero, Bufete Barrilero y Asociados, dedicated to advising startups and entrepreneurship, in collaboration with PKF Attest, has advised on the acquisition of 100% of Cartonajes Limousin by the investment company Lemnos Capital.

Lemnos Capital, led by Jorge Larrea Urquiola and Zorion Ugalde Zarraga, has acquired 100% ownership of Cartonajes Limousin, a company located in Tolosa, Guipúzcoa, specializing in the design and manufacture of corrugated cardboard packaging. Founded over 100 years ago, the company has seen a 40% increase in sales over the last four years, employing 45 workers.

Lemnos Capital plans to boost the company by expanding its product offerings and seeking growth in new regional markets, focusing on excellence and sustainable development.
