Ejaso appoints Valentín V. García-Echave as new partner

Ejaso, celebrating its 40th anniversary, has kicked off its 2024 signing season with the incorporation of Valentín V. García-Echave as the firm’s new partner. He joins from Construcciones Modulares Cabisuar where he was Secretary of the Board of Directors. His arrival represents a further step in the strategy of expansion and strengthening of Ejaso in the area of Commercial Law.

With a professional career spanning more than 30 years, Valentín V. García-Echave joins Ejaso to bring valuable experience as director of García-Echave Abogados, a firm he founded, specializing in various branches of commercial law, particularly corporate law. His expertise also extends to the development of technological and biotechnological projects, internationalization of companies, corporate compliance and prevention of money laundering, areas in which he has stood out for his commitment and professional excellence.

With a degree in Law from the Universidad Complutense – San Pablo CEU, García-Echave has complemented his training with a Diploma in Community Law from the same university, a Master’s Degree in Research in Legal Sciences from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas ICADE-ICAI, and a Research Sufficiency in the Department of History of Law of the UNED, among others. He also has a solid background in business management, having obtained the title of Executive Development Program – General Manager from IESE – University of Navarra.
