ArtiFlex Manufacturing has announced the acquisition of Ingemat, based in Spain. Ingemat is an engineering company that offers robotic automation projects for different industrial applications and specializes in custom turnkey projects for the automotive sector.
Ingemat, founded in 1986, has built a distinguished reputation over the years, serving more than 40 OEMs in over 25 countries. Recognized as a world leader in hemming technology, the company operates from offices in Spain and Mexico.

This strategic acquisition aligns with ArtiFlex’s vision to be innovative and decisive partners. An expanded footprint, engineering expertise (over 80 engineers on staff) and an extensive customer portfolio between the two companies positions ArtiFlex for future growth in the global automotive market. Adolfo del Campo, CEO, and Jorge Darpont, Director of Corporate Development, will continue to lead Ingemat along with the incredible team of professionals.
