Ayesa acquires AI firm Emergya: The Advisors
Ayesa, a Spanish provider of technology and engineering services, has closed the acquisition of Emergya, a company dedicated to Google Cloud solutions and one of the first partners in Europe of this technological giant certified in Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Based in Seville and founded in 2003, Emergya, a leading company in Google Cloud solutions, boasts over 680 professionals. In addition to developing cloud-based digital products, Emergya specializes in large-scale technological implementations and remote infrastructure management services for companies.
The sale operation includes Proxya, a company focused on IT services outsourcing, custom software development, and technological support services for both Public Administrations and large business organizations.
Montero Aramburu has provided advisory services to the business group Emergya in the acquisition process by Ayesa Group of its subsidiaries Emergya Digital Solutions and Proxya Servicios Tecnológicos. For this transaction, the law firm has assembled a multidisciplinary team composed of Maite Cerezo, M&A partner (pictured left), Juan Manuel Martínez, and Andrea Jiménez. In the tax area, the responsible partner has been Rafael Casado (pictured second from left), supported by Jorge Sánchez and Oliva Linares.
