With two decades of experience in firms such as Andersen or Ceca Magán, and specialization in sectors such as banking, foundations, pharmaceuticals, and construction, Rocío Gil Robles views her joining ALEDRA as her most personal project: “It has been a carefully considered decision. I am embarking on a path of growth with a great team on both a professional and human level, with whom I share values and a way of working,” she shares.

A staunch advocate for the benefits of Compliance, she emphasizes that “it is not just about avoiding sanctions.” “Today more than ever, compliance is a tool for efficiency and progress for companies. I like to personally engage in each project to understand and convey to the client and their employees the enthusiasm and commitment to ethics and best practices,” Rocío Gil adds.

With a distinguished career as an educator, Gil Robles currently serves as a Compliance professor at ISDE’s Master of Access to the Legal Profession.
