The Benito Jiménez family group acquires Cárnicas Galar: Advisors
The agri-food business group of Benito Jiménez has acquired the historic company Cárnicas Galar, located in the La Nava industrial estate in Tafalla.
The signing of the operation took place on Thursday 11 April, whereby Cárnicas Galar became part of the family group from Navarre, owner of companies such as Congelados de Navarra or precocinados Frisa. In addition, Verleal, a brand of Congelados de Navarra, also sponsors the Osasuna women’s team.
Both Benito Jiménez and the Galar brothers see this business move as a natural transition. “We are proud to incorporate Galar Foods into our group in order to continue promoting the activity of this business initiative with enthusiasm, projection and responsibility and to boost its growth and global presence”, remarked Benito Jiménez.
