Andersen advises on the acquisition of audiovisual production company EVA Films
Andersen has advised Squirrel Media, listed on BME, on the acquisition of a majority stake in the audiovisual production company EVA Films, specifically 51%, which will be integrated into the Group’s Content area.
The operation, financed entirely with Squirrel Media’s own funds, is part of the growth strategy that the company has been carrying out in recent years.
From Andersen, those responsible for the operation have been, on the one hand, from the M&A area, partner Jaime Aguilar, together with Mayo Torres and David Goya, associate and senior lawyer, respectively, in this same department; and, on the other hand, from the culture area, partner Patricia Motilla, together with Nerea Sanjuan, director in this same department.
