Sérvulo signs commitment to promote employability of people with disabilities
Sérvulo has signed the “Commitment to Inclusion” protocol, within the scope of promoting the employability of people with disabilities. This is an initiative of the ICF – Inclusive Community Forum, of the Nova School of Business and Economics.
The Commitment was signed by Sérvulo’s managing partner, Manuel Magalhães (pictured far right), at a ceremony held on April 11 2024 at NOVA SBE. Recognising the economic and social value of employing people with disabilities, this commitment came about as part of the ESG Group, more specifically the RSSérvulo – Social Responsibility area, and the desire to achieve this goal of added value to the organisational structure.
“Implementing this commitment is a natural step for us in integrating employees with different abilities. We believe that an inclusive environment promotes a stronger and fairer culture and allows us to reach new levels of collaboration,” said Teresa Serra (pictured), Sérvulo’s of counsel and head of RSSérvulo.
The commitment will be valid for two years, during which the ICF will support the respective implementation of employees with disabilities at Sérvulo. The ICF’s mission is to contribute to resolving the main obstacles to the inclusion of people with disabilities, through various initiatives that call for the active participation of the community.
