Ospina Abogados Expands to Miami with International Alliance

Madrid-based criminal law firm, specializing in international criminal law, Ospina Abogados, is making its mark in the United States with the establishment of an international alliance in Miami. This strategic move follows the integration of Juan Antonio García Jabaloy as a partner in June of last year, a significant increase in cases as experts in International Criminal Law handling cases on four different continents in 2023, and surpassing the one million euro mark in revenue in the last fiscal year.

The firm has teamed up with local law firm Andrés Daza in Miami to handle cases related to economic crimes and extraditions, marking their initial foray into the American legal landscape. Ospina Abogados director Juan Gonzalo Ospina (pictured) expressed his enthusiasm for the move, stating, “Miami is the first step in the international growth of our firm, and if all goes well, we will end the year with another alliance in Bogotá (Colombia) and Lima (Peru).”

“This alliance in Miami will allow us to have eyes in the United States.
