Andersen Assists Vitruvio in Acquisition of Clikalia’a Rental Homes

Andersen has provided advisory services to Vitruvio, a socimi managed by Abante, in the acquisition of a portfolio of 140 homes from the proptech company Clikalia. This acquisition aims to bolster the granular rental housing market.

Specifically, Vitruvio has completed the initial purchase of 70 granular homes from Clikalia, located in Madrid and Andalusia. This portfolio is expected to expand to 140 units with the acquisition of an additional 70 homes in the coming months, also situated in these regions and in the Valencia Community. The initial portfolio, valued at €13.4 million, will continue to be managed by Clikalia.

Additionally, Andersen has assisted Vitruvio in closing a sale & leaseback transaction with Leroy Merlin for its store in Alcobendas, a deal valued at €10 million.
