Hogan Lovells has moved to Paseo de la Castellana 77 in Madrid, in the heart of the financial area of Nuevos Ministerios and celebrates the 20th anniversary of the office in the capital

Castellana 77 (formerly Edificio Ederra) is an 18-story, 68-meter-high office building in Madrid (Spain). It is located at number 77 Paseo de la Castellana, in the heart of the financial district of Nuevos Ministerios, and is part of the AZCA superblock.

Turnover 2023

Hogan Lovells has once again broken records in Spain with a turnover of more than 60 million euros in fiscal year 2023. Specifically, the Madrid office has increased its turnover by 17% compared to 2022. Meanwhile, worldwide, the firm has billed more than $2.68 billion, making it the highest figure in the firm’s history globally. By region, the Americas accounted for approximately 48% of total turnover, EMEA 47%, and Asia Pacific and the Middle East 5%.

These results mark the kick-off for an important year in the Firm’s history in Madrid, as 2024 marks the 20th anniversary of the office in the capital. This emblematic and modern building at the forefront of energy reaffirms the Firm’s roadmap, which continues to prioritize a future of efficiency and rigorous ESG compliance, as it boasts the highest level of LEED sustainable certification, Platinum, and WELL Gold certification, the highest AIS (Accessibility Indicator System) 5 Star accessibility certification.
