Israeli fund MDSR buys 22 shops from Carrefour for €120m: Advisors

The Israeli fund Mdsr has bought a portfolio of 22 shops occupied by Carrefour, hitherto owned by the management company AEW, for 120 million euros.

The portfolio comprises 22 shops in Madrid, Barcelona and other Spanish cities, with a total of 11,000 square metres of gross leasable area. Consultancy firms Savills and JLL have advised AEW on the sale process.

Following the acquisition, Mdsr now has 400,000 sqm of gross lettable area leased to food operators in Spain, Italy and Portugal.
