Ontier advises on the sale of Interoliva to Grupo IAN

Ontier has advised Sainberg Olives and Grupo Interoliva Verson in the sale to Grupo IAN of the company Internacional Olivarera (Interoliva), specialized in the production, packaging, and commercialization of table olives.

Grupo Alimentario Industrias Alimentarias de Navarra, IAN, whose main brand is Carretilla, has informed in a press release of the purchase of Internacional Olivarera, Interoliva, a company located in Dos Hermanas (Seville) dedicated to the production, packaging and commercialisation of olives since 1898, with international commercial activity since 1910 and 95% of its production dedicated to exports.

The firms team has been led by Pablo Enrile Mora-Figueroa, corporate/M&A partner, with the support of Pablo Hernández Collado and Blanca Fontán Ansorena, associates in such department.
