KPMG Abogados and Baker McKenzie advise on the acquisition of Brutal Media

KPMG and Baker McKenzie have advised BBC Studios on the acquisition of Brutal Media and its entry into the production business in Spain, and, indirectly, of its 12 subsidiaries in Spain.

BBC Studios, a global company involved in the production and distribution of entertainment content across various genres like dramas, comedies, and documentaries, strategically acquired Brutal Media to expand its business size and establish a presence in the Spanish market.

The KPMG M&A Tax team engaged in this transaction was led by Carlos Marín (Partner) and Aida Sobral (Director) and composed also by Esther Martín (Senior Manager), Carlota Llanos, Ana Muñoz, and Claudia De Tena.
