Pinsent Masons advises on the granting of a green loan to Cetim Real Estate 3
Pinsent Masons has advised Banco Santander on the granting of a green loan to Cetim Real Estate 3, a company belonging to the Cetim and Promiris groups, for the purposes of building a students residence in Zaragoza.
The Brussels-based developer Cetim will invest more than 10 million euros in the construction of a 14-storey block (13 floors plus the ground floor) which will house a total of 180 rooms. The planned completion period is between 18 and 20 months, so that the complex is expected to open in the third quarter of 2025.
