Pérez-Llorca advises on the acquisition of a stake in Sabseg Seguros
Pérez-Llorca advised the Sabseg Group (formerly Brokers & Partners), a group engaged in insurance intermediation and owned by Miura Partners, on the acquisition of a stake in Sabseg Seguros.
The Portuguese team in dealing with matters in regulated markets was fundamental to the execution and completion of this transaction.
