RocaJunyent advises on the €9m acquisition of a majority stake in Karibou

RocaJunyent has advised Prisma Corporate Management Barcelona, a company owned by a group of investors led by Marc Murtra, chairman of Indra, on the acquisition of a majority stake in Karibou for approximately 9 million euros.

Karibou is dedicated to the manufacture of sustainable plastic-free packaging. This transaction has been structured through a combination of a direct share purchase and a capital increase, as well as a venture debt agreement with Banco Santander’s Smart Fund.

The team has been formed by partner Fede Segura Wallin, and associate Sergio Giménez Beltrán, both from the M&A and corporate area.
