KWM advises on the purchase of a hotel complex in Lanzarote by Atalaya
King & Wood Mallesons has advised Atalaya, an Andbank investment fund managed by Navis Capital, on the purchase of the Lanzarote Beach Hotel, located on the island of Lanzarote.
With this acquisition, the fund completes a vacation portfolio comprising four assets, with around one thousand rooms and a presence in the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands and the Costa del Sol. The hotel will be managed by THB Hotels.
The firm team of lawyers involved in this transaction has been led by partner and head of the Real Estate Law team José Antonio Calleja, and counsel Candela Escribano.
