PLMJ reinforces Real Estate & Tourism area
PLMJ has strengthened its Real Estate and Tourism team with the hiring of five lawyers: Beatriz
Paredes, Diogo Neves, Maria Goreti Rebêlo, Maria Sanches Afonso and Raquel de Lóia Sequeira.
Maria Goreti Rebêlo joins PLMJ as a senior consultant. With more than 20 years of experience, she will be responsible for advising investors and real estate developers on the most diverse transacations involving the acquisition, sale or rental/use of all types of assets of real estate. Diogo Neves joins the Porto office as a senior associate. He has 10 years of experience and has provided regular advice to national and international clients from different sectors.
Maria Sanches Afonso, who reinforces the Lisbon team as a senior associate, has 10 years of experience in the real estate sector, with a special focus on the retail, commercial and residential sectors and, equally, in agribusiness.
Beatriz Paredes and Raquel Lóia Sequeira join the Real Estate and Tourism area as associates, working on real estate transactions of purchase and sale, leasing and constitution of real rights. Teresa Madeira Afonso and Francisco Lino Dias, partners and co-coordinators of the area, said, “We are very pleased with this valuable addition to our team.
