Uría Ménendez advises on the acquisition of five medical and cosmetic surgery clinics by Magnum Industrial Partners
Uría Ménendez has advised Magnum Capital Industrial Partners on the acquisition of five clinics specialised in aesthetic, plastic and reconstructive medicine and surgery in Madrid (Clínica Peñas and Porcuna & de Benito), Barcelona (Ivas Mañero Clinic and Clínica Institute Dr Paloma) and Córdoba (Clínica Redondo Camacho).
The sellers will continue to be involved in the business as medical practitioners and minority investors in the buyer’s vehicle.
