Andersen launches the valuation practice and incorporates two new of counsels

Andersen has reinforced its Economic and Financial area with the incorporation of Luis Martín Guirado and Daniel Anquela, who join as of counsels to strengthen the specialized service in valuations, integrating into an international team.

The firm in Spain, which advises on legal and tax matters in all legal practices, has historically had an area that offers “high added value to business law”, such as economic-financial advice on investments, acquisitions and restructurings, led by Joaquín Ureña.

Valuation in Europe

With the new incorporations, the firm follows the strategy of Andersen, which has launched its global Valuation practice in Europe, with the incorporation of different teams specialized in this area in 16 countries in the region, bringing the total number of jurisdictions in which this service is provided globally to 25.

The team has “experience and a shared business vision and culture of excellence”, which allows it to combine legal and economic advice on all corporate transactions. In particular, they advise companies, funds, high net worth individuals and family offices on corporate valuations, litigation valuations, portfolios, PPA’s; tangible assets in different sectors and intangible assets such as brands, intellectual property or administrative concessions, among others.
