De la Riva y Pastor Abogados opens new office in Valencia
De la Riva y Pastor Abogados has inaugurated its new office in Valencia, located in the business district of Sant Pau, and directed by the firm’s founding partner Ignacio Rodríguez de la Riva.
Increased demand for legal services in the Valencian Community
The new office is headed by the founding partner of the firm, Ignacio Rodríguez de la Riva, with nearly 25 years of experience as an expert lawyer in administrative law, real estate and urban planning and economic criminal law, who has led in court matters of great public relevance, such as the Púnica, Neverland or ITV Móstoles cases.
In addition, the firm, also led by his partner Félix Pastor, was the first to apply the directive for the protection of whistleblowers of corruption in the labor field, to lead the first procedure on digital disconnection during periods of sick leave or to obtain the approval of an ERE in an Administration.
They will provide legal advice to contractors, real estate companies, or companies in the logistics sector. “Our global vision of administrative law is very focused on advising companies in their relations with the Public Administration,” the firm says.
A specialized service for growing companies
In this context, the decision to set up in Valencia has as its main objective to offer a “closer” service to clients in the real estate, logistics and public procurement sectors already present in the Valencian Community. In addition, it will allow the firm to continue attending with greater proximity the legal proceedings in Castellón, Valencia and Alicante, where they were already handling a high number of matters.
“We are proud to accompany our clients in their growth and position ourselves closer to them to provide the service of proximity that characterizes us. We avoid the limitations of remote advice and telematic meetings to offer personalized and comprehensive legal coverage,” says De la Riva.
The firm will focus on providing specialized services in commercial and corporate advice, business crises, civil and criminal proceedings, as well as labor advice, without forgetting the very origin of the firm: advice on Administrative Law and Urban Planning.
