Youandlaw advises on UrbanFisio’s €1M round of funding
Youandlaw has advised UrbanFisio in a €1M financing round, with capital from Grupo IMA and ENISA, with the aim of boosting the capillarity of its home assistance service.
UrbanFisio has been working since 2016 to take up the challenge of active aging that demands greater health care at home. It is regulated as a healthcare center, which allows them to work together with the public health system and local governments in active aging tenders, as well as with home care services that begins to incorporate healthcare.
After this round of financing, UrbanFisio will be able to enhance its organic expansion in a new stage of growth and improvement in innovation and patient care. In this way, it will be closer to covering a new need since, according to its CEO Miguel de Santiago, “the shortage of hospital beds and nursing home places, together with the desire of more people to spend as much time as possible with the best quality of life at home, means that the home is the new center of care”.
The lawyers of the operation have been the founding partner of Youandlaw Pablo Casado, in addition to the lawyers Isabel Gonzalo and Icíar Zapatero.
