KPMG launches Construction Arbitration Advisory Unit
In line with the commitment being made to Madrid as a world reference in arbitration, KPMG has taken a step forward in its strategy with the launch of a new unit dedicated exclusively to advising on arbitration related to the construction sector. This new service strengthens KPMG’s forensic offering.
The division, for which a team led by Juan Manuel Martín Torres (pictured left) and Carlos Seoane Dopazo (pictured right) as Advance Director of Contract Management, has joined the firm, specialises in construction. Martin Torres joined the firm as partner in charge of the Forensic Engineering practice with the aim of developing this practice and providing services to clients in disputes, controversies, litigation or arbitration where expert technical advice is required in various engineering-related disciplines.
