Evergreen Legal incorporates new counsel

Evergreen Legal has incorporated Ana Souto, as of counsel, in the Litigation and Arbitration team, an area headed by Fernando Lanzón.

As a senior lawyer, she will be responsible for advising both domestic and foreign clients in a wide range of sectors (construction, infrastructure and real estate, energy, insurance, finance and services). She has extensive experience in litigation, an area in which she advises on all types of litigation. It is also worth mentioning his notable experience in litigation, and his participation in particularly relevant proceedings during his more than 25 years of activity.

During his professional career, he worked for more than 7 years in the Litigation and Arbitration Department of Clifford Chance, providing pre-litigation advice and directing all types of judicial, declaratory and enforcement proceedings, as well as extraordinary appeals for cassation and procedural infringement, arbitration and due diligence procedures.

In addition to working on her own account in several cases, in recent years she has worked as a litigation lawyer in the litigation department of KPMG, advising on all types of judicial and arbitration proceedings and preparing reports and legal opinions.
