Andersen has incorporated Fernando Redondo as Of Counsel in the litigation and Insolvency area and Vanessa Sánchez as Director in the labour and employment department in the Barcelona office.

Fernando Redondo

Fernando holds a degree in Law and a PhD in Law from the University of Barcelona. During his more than 25 years of professional experience, he has specialized in Insolvency and Pre-insolvency Law, advising in numerous insolvency proceedings and pre-insolvency situations, business restructurings and acquisition of companies and assets of companies in special situations.

He also has experience as an insolvency administrator and commercial mediator, and has been appointed as insolvency administrator in more than 100 insolvency proceedings since 2008 in Barcelona, Gerona, Tarragona and Madrid.

Vanessa Sánchez

Vanessa Sánchez has a degree in Law from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra and a Master’s Degree in Law from ISDE. She has a professional career of more than 20 years, in which she has worked in all areas related to Labor Law and Social Security, with extensive experience in special senior management employment contracts and in the drafting of specific clauses for this type of contracts. Previously, he has worked at Deloitte and Garrigues.
