Evergreen Legal has advised Tresmares Capital on its entry into the share capital of Cicrosa Hidráulica
Tresmares Capital, a leading investment platform in Spain, has become a shareholder of Cicrosa Hidráulica, a leading company in the development and production of specialty hydraulic cylinders, present in 50 countries and focused on customers dedicated to agricultural, civil engineering and industrial machinery.

The partners Ignacio Freire and Luis Vegas, and the associate Marina Roji (pictured from left to right), participated on behalf of the corporate team. Likewise, partners Jacobo de la Guardia in the tax area and Cristina González Olivares in the labor area have also participated.
