In a strategic move, the legal firm C170 ABOGADOS has provided counsel to the international corporation INTELLERA CONSULTING in its acquisition of the Spanish company PREDICTBY.
INTELLERA CONSULTING stands as a leading consultancy in the Italian public sector, delivering strategic, managerial, and technological consulting services to both public and private sectors. The firm specializes in professional services for administrations and businesses, showcasing extensive expertise in digital transition. Currently, the consulting firm is in the process of consolidating and expanding its service portfolio.
On the other side of the deal, PREDICTBY is a Spanish research and consulting firm specializing in the life sciences sector (health, pharma, and the environment). Utilizing data and behavioral science, PREDICTBY supports organizations in making informed decisions.
This acquisition marks a significant step in INTELLERA CONSULTING’s internationalization strategy, allowing them to enhance their service offerings as a political advisor to the European Commission and to export their business model to Spain. The transaction was spearheaded by the firm’s partners, Diego Martín Francesconi (pictured left) and Javier Herraiz Aguilar (pictured right), with the legal support of Félix Coleto Portugués.
