Pérez-Llorca and Eversheds Sutherland advise on sale of Bayer building to Stoneshield Capital
Pérez-Llorca and Eversheds Sutherland have advised on the sale of Bayer´s headquarters building in Spain to Stoneshield Capital.
The headquarters in Sant Joan Despí (Barcelona) will be transformed into a campus specializing in LifeScience and innovation along with four other properties in the Barcelona area and will continue to be occupied by Bayer, which will retain almost 50% of the building.
