Ejaso breaks into the top 10 firms by number of Venture Capital transactions

Ejaso‘s Innovative Business and Venture Capital team has entered for the first year in the TTR (Transactional Track Record) ranking, placing in the top 10 Venture Capital firms by number of transactions.

With more than a decade of experience advising startups and investors in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, Ejaso recently launched a unit specialized in Innovative Businesses & Venture Capital.

Following this ambitious growth plan, and after receiving the “Team of the Year Startup” award at the Iberian Lawyer’s Forty under 40 Awards, Ejaso starts the year with another success by standing out in the 2023 M&A and Venture Capital market report in Spain and Portugal of the prestigious TTR ranking.
The team, composed of 18 professionals with technical and market knowledge in the field of innovation, is highly motivated to accompany all agents operating in the technological and digital ecosystem.

Daniela Legal Vargas, senior associate and director of the department, and nominated for “Lawyer of the Year Startup” at the 40under40, highlights the importance of proactive legal advice: “We are presupposed to have in-depth legal knowledge, but the crucial thing is to turn it into value at the right time.
