Collaboration Agreement

This collaboration, which began in 2021, has been fundamental to strengthen and support the growth of the FinTech sector in our country. RocaJunyent’s commitment to legal innovation and its role as a reference advisor for startups, appointed by Start-Up Real, reinforce its position as a strategic ally for the AEFI. In fact, RocaJunyent, one of the law firms most closely linked to the ecosystem in Spain, advises on financing rounds, joint ventures and alliances between FinTech companies and financial institutions.

The renewal of this agreement means that AEFI will continue to have a committed legal partner, providing a solid and specialized perspective on the FinTech field in Spain. It will also enable the development of the FinTech and InsurTech ecosystem in the country, defending the common interests of companies in the different verticals of the ecosystem.

“This agreement renewal consolidates our strategic collaboration with RocaJunyent and also strengthens our position as an advocate for the common interests of companies in the FinTech ecosystem. RocaJunyent’s experience in the legal sector and its proactive vision and our knowledge of the needs of FinTech companies in this area, allow us to continue developing projects that allow the ecosystem to continue to progress,” says Arturo González Mac Dowell, president of the Spanish FinTech and InsurTech Association (AEFI).
