Andersen advises TCC on a logistics platform’s sale to AEW fund

Andersen has advised Trammell Crow Company (TCC), a US-based leader in commercial real estate development and investment, on the sale of a logistics platform in the municipality of Granollers (Catalonia) to the real estate fund AEW, a renowned real estate investment and asset managers.

Specifically, on behalf of its Eurocore fund, AEW has acquired TCC’s CORE Granollers I logistics platform, an 8,601 m² asset, which was TCC’s first completed development in Europe, and which is situated in a strategic location next to Barcelona’s first ring road. Granollers, near Barcelona, is a prime area in the Catalonia region for industrial and logistics assets.
